AHA! I think I figured out the transparency option on gimp? Er, I hope so anyway or that would just be awkward... Anyway ! I'm DONE. I hate this new colouring style. (JK) I mean, it just takes way too long. This is why I don't draw so many characters in one picture.

NOTE: They're not real cops. I just thought it would be fitting. I'll try to have a compementary picture up w, ith my 'bad guys' as robbers / criminals.
